Intelligent Leadership and Its Effect on Knowledge Sharing Behavior among Academic Staff in Kenyan Universities

Purpose: The main is to assess the impact of intelligent leadership in Kenyan universities on knowledge sharing behavior. Approach/Methodology/Design: research was motivated by Path Target Theory. An explanatory design adopted with a positivism approach. target population consisted 6400 and selection 366 academic workers from 14 chattered Nairobi County universities. study used stratified technique select staff university into strata representing each County, Kenya, using simple random sampling. Kenya. Both descriptive inferential statistics were for analysis while hypotheses tested multiple regression. Findings: regression results indicated that emotional (β = 0.37, p<0.05) spiritual 0.11, p<0.05). Practical Implications: In addition, this recommends necessary order leaders consider areas university. Originality/value: concluded high percentage improved behavior employee essential transform drive knowledge.
